What to know before you fly to Cook Islands?

The Cook Islands are a tropical oasis comprised of 15 beautiful islands scattered in the South Pacific. The postcard perfect white sandy beaches and stunning turquoise lagoons will take your breath away. You may find yourself submerged under the surface amongst coral reefs or cruising above by boat or kayak.

Rarotonga is the hub of the Cook Islands, where you can pamper yourself at a day spa, or scooter your way around as you explore the beautiful beaches on the island. Experience the local culture by taking a lagoon lunch cruise, or by seeing an authentic Rarotongan show.

Aitutaki is the second most populated island after Rarotonga, offering adventure-filled lagoon tours including a trip to the famous Honeymoon Island and One Foot Island!

Our Cook Islands travel guide will give you more information, from where to stay and how to get around.
